RETURNS, REFUNDS, & EXCHANGES

 

 

Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can not offer you any type of refund. Refunds will be processed for the cost of the item plus tax ONLY. We will NOT refund original shipping cost, processing fees, or any return shipping expense.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in any (if applicable) packaging as well as all included parts.

Opened package new items, missing pieces or parts not due to our error, items not in same condition may be eligible for partial purchase price refunds only.

Any new items with a manufacturer warranty must be handled directly with the manufacturer through their warranty process for any warranty issue.

Preowned items, regardless of what they are, are just that…preowned, and will be tested, described and delivered as accurately as possible.

RETURNS

To attempt your return, email us at [email protected] prior to sending items back. Once cleared for return, you will be responsible for packaging, parts, and return shipping cost. Upon receiving and inspecting returned items, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

SHIPPING RETURNS

You will be responsible for paying for you own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. You will receive a refund on the cost of the item plus tax, minus original shipping and processing charges.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]

EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our business and the fact that most items are preowned, we don’t have the ability to offer exchanges on the large majority of items. If by chance we can, we will offer that in correspondence to return request email.
